For example, in my neighborhood the patrolling police cars blast Micheal Jackson and other halloween music from the speakers and hand out bags of candy to us when the pass. We also have a very popular house down the street which is known as "the party house", the party is stationed outside and they give out toys, gifts, candy, and delicious foooood and deserts. It is managed by a whole family (along with two old sweet grandpa's who cut up with each other the whole time) and you can sit down at one of the tables they have out.
