im going to start a new story i think and idk whether to write it on like google docs or to use a notebook
suggestions??

@ravens

Honestly I prefer typing. 1) you have a lot of resources on hand whereas if you're using a notebook, you have to constantly get up and google whether however the hell you want to kill your character would work or not and 2) writing! hurts! really bad!

Plus, if you use an actual notebook you can't revise/edit nearly as easily as you would typing.

Typing.

I used to write by hand. It's good if you're not going to have to edit every other sentence. For example, I find hand'writing so much easier for worldbuilding and character development and stuff because you can do whatever you want. But writing the story in itself I'd definitely use a computer.

I prefer typing for the reason that @fruitbatsandearlgrey mentioned. I've always used google docs for my story because my dumb laptop didn't come with a word processing program for some reason I like that I can access it from any computer. I mostly use my laptop but it's nice to know that I could use my phone if I wanted to. Also when my old laptop broke unexpectedly I didn't have to stress about losing all my progress.

@SaltyLasagna

Wait I think I was thinking of another program, but there’s one out there that has laws where they own whatever you write in it

Ugh
