Uh hi I need some advice

So, in my book, the main character/ narrator spends a lot of time not talking to anyone and just being like "oh god what am i gonna do" and I feel like I'm doing a lot of telling but I'm not sure how to get her concerns/ thoughts across otherwise.

I know show dont tell gets throw around a lot, but there's levels to it. No rule is universal. In an instance where your character is literally the only one in the room, you have to show us what she's going through by telling us. The trick is doing it in such a way so that the story doesnt grind to a screeching halt.
