So I looked up the "symptoms" I came up with for being lovestruck and according to webMD it's either PMS, a drug allergy, heartburn, clinical depression, or seasonal depression.

What if he actually never woke up after he fell and actually it was all just a weird dream while comatose and there was no fourth movie because aunt may decided to pull the plug and he went brain dead. also he was able to hear aunt may while comatose and he found out uncle ben got shot
