I sorta slept last night but I also didn't? Like I accidentally fell asleep insanely early but then someone cough-my brother-cough woke me up and I couldn't fall asleep after that and I went back to sleep an hour ish before I had to wake up.

Could you please not toss around the word 'spaz'? I get that it's less offensive in the US than the UK, but it is still an ableist term that originated out of mocking disabled people.

Ah, ok. My apologies, I've always heard that term used in an offensive way before. Though (as you likely already know) there are disabled people, including myself, who find that term problematic.
