In my story my character is a student and doesn't have a part time job or anything at the beginning.

Honestly same. Thing is that I'm a night owl and get more work done then, hence why I said I'm up late, but I have to keep a semi-normal habit of getting up early-ish for day stuff. I think that's why several of my characters have bad sleep habits, lol
