I just got a book on drawing fantasy stuff! Hopefully it'll help me make something more than an unfinished sketch.

I was just telling my dog how good she was to not jump on the bed while I was away only for her to then go jump on the bed. ._. The problem is she's a small dog so were trying to keep her from from getting on tall things that she could break her legs falling from, but it's hard to keep her off because she's so fast.

I tried giving her more rounded features to show Oridone is female, though it's a bit hard with humanoid characters because your balancing the human and non-human features. Glad you two like my art though!

I'm just lurking like Dragoncita. Threads I'm part of haven't been very active. Do you guys think the reboot may have killed off the Altir RPs or is Notebook just particularly dead recently? Besides the Soldier, Poet, King, that's really my only RP since I try to not join too many at once.
Idk. I was bored yesterday and so I started learning Russian so now I can kind of speak Russian. Also I can say "this is not my bicycle" in Russian, это не мой велосипед.

Nice, I'm learning Spanish(Though I'd probably learn something else if my school had classes) and I'm still going through basics because it's my first year in the class. What made you learn such an odd phrase in Russian anyway?

Duolingo decided to teach me that as one of the first things rather than hello or goodbye

Interesting. I keep hearing about Duolingo when it comes to learning languages, is it good? I'm taking Spanish but I'd much rather learn Japanese or something if I can find a way to learn, just because I really like the sound of the words and I could use it with some of my characters based on their folklore.

Also whenever the reboot picks back up I think I'm going to pull Aster out and use my overworked security guard Oridone instead. I really need to practice writing her more.

Yeah it's good you can learn as many languages as you want at the same time, and even though you're already taking Spanish you can use duolingo to learn it too. When you start a course that you already know how to speak a bit then you can take a placement test and start from the level you currently are at. Of course, it doesn't have every language in the world (I kind of wanted to learn Finnish but it wasn't an option), but it does have Japanese. It even has Klingon. So yeah, it's good.
