I think it’s in honor of the one user who passed away from cancer and he had a lot of irl friends who are on the site. But I could be wrong, I don’t actually know.
We have a close friend who was on this site, and he recently passed away from cancer. His initials are CW. It's in his honor. (I don't have it in my username, because I'm trying to move over the grief, which is more difficult with a reminder.)
