I don't like most cake but I do like sour cream cake with fudge frosting
the cake sounds gross but it's just this really really good yellow cake (which you make with slightly soured cream, not sour cream, but I swear it's good, it doesn't taste like spoiled milk, it's just the BEST)
AND I JUST REALIZED I GET TO HAVE IT IN LIKE TWO WEEKS HECK

Depends on the frosting for me honestly. Like, I can't do storebought frosting, the sugar content is way too high, but I can do most kinds of homemade frosting
