So whenever I'm in science we always have chromebooks and I do my work in the back of the room like now tehe
and also during core + (I don't know if you guys have it - it's like a mandatory study hall) I'll get a pass to the library and go on computers the whole period
and also if I'm done with work I'll get on my phone

My school has this creepy thing so the teacher can see you what doing on your device from their computer and now I can’t write in school anymore ;n;
My Digital Learning teach had that too, but none of my other teachers have it just because it's too many computers. Carmel remains well supplied. ;) I did hate it when I couldn't write though…it sucked

We have some ipad carts, but they're only for sixth grade and even then we rarely use them
nobody likes them, sometimes they'll randomly won't let people log in, they'll kick us out, they're old and laggy and crashing

Yeah. Even when they didn’t have real-time stalking watching what students are doing on their iPads, I had this terrible experience.
One time I was writing a bit from my character’s perspective as a writing exercise. The character is suicidal, just so you know. And so I was writing, and then later I was called down to the office, freaking out like crazy, and the vice principal guy was really intimidating and was questioning me making sure I didn’t want to commit suicide and I was really terrified and I was absolutely flustered afterwards oh geez, that’s a run on sentence, oh well
…So now I’m never writing on a school issued device ever again…
Huh. My science teacher calls it Academic Enrichment but I just surf Notebook.ai and write the whole time…actually that kind of is academic enrichment…except the notebook.ai part
