Not gonna lie Deva, I sympathize with your situation. But at the same time, maybe try two things.
One, give your new stepmom a chance to prove herself to you.
Two, maybe try to politely voice to your dad and to her that the whole situation is uncomfortable, and you would rather not call her by that term yet, and maybe suggest something else you would be more comfortable with calling her? If you have to, writing a formal letter to voice your concerns might be helpful…
