(i was diagnosed a few weeks ago, but the doctors think it's been in me for at least a few months)

(Ah. . . so a bit then?)

business

(yep)

(Huh. Your voice sounds like shit, doesn't it?)

(yep)

(Back to the old game of I reply, but you've already said something else, lol.)

business

(I'll say hi and it sound like heck)

(A few months, huh? Not too long, but long enough for signs to start showing: a little short of breath, slightly raspy voice, the works. Right?)
(Huh. Honestly, not surprising. Lung cancer destroys not only the lungs, but the rest of the respiratory system.)

business

Ya, it hurts to breath to

(Yeah. . . I couldn't even begin to imagine what that feels like. Plus, with such a compromised respiartory and immune system, well, COVID-19. Worst time to have lung cancer, but you can't do anything to change it.)

business

I don't have the vid yet. So that's good.

(To be honest, you're taking this whole thing surprisingly well. Well, on the surface at least. And that is good. Hopefully it stays that way.)

business

What else can I do?

business

Quick question, who are you?

person_off

(Fair. I don't actually know. I've never had cancer, so. . . I don't know what I'd do. Nobody does. You didn't, did you?)
(If anything I'm saying isn't helpful, feel free to tell me to shut the hell up.)
(Oh, the account was one of Balance's pranks on Ashton and Thomas [Lily and meep]. Balance gave the account to me. Call me Jack.)

business

Not really. To be honest, I wasn't paying attention when the doctor told me, and only found out when my mom told my dad when we got home.

Nice to meet you Jack.

Yeah. I get not being able to focus on what the doctor's saying as well. What a way to find out, though.

Nice to meet you too, Miss Arya.

business

Please Don't call me Miss. It's Arya. Just Arya. I get enough of the Miss thing from the doctors.

person_off

Okay, Arya. I'll keep that in mind. I'm sorry.

business

Your good. ;)

Okay. If you don't mind me sking, what treatment are they planning on using? Chemo?

business

Radiation actually.

Ah. . . spicy air. Always a classic, I suppose.

business

They said that it would probably work the best for my body.

person_off

It's true. Radiation therapy works for cancer because the particles go through the softer tissues and hit the harder cancer cells, which form the tumours. This in turn destroys the cancer, while leaving the rest of you relatively unharmed. However, there is a chance that it could go wrong. I don't know in what ways, and honestly, I don't really want to know.

oh shit I missed a ton lol
