ok so basically if you go to page 5 of the welcome home guest book there is a comment that's all scribbled out and the video is basically the guy who wrote the comment showing what it said before wally censored it, wagging his finger at the screen and then the camera pans back to the scribbled out version

Hi, so Eli introduced me to Welcome Home. I don’t really know much about it since I’m still in the process of exploring (I’m kinda taking a deep dive, that’s why lol)

I’m kinda taking an outsiders approach to slowly analyze the website and "lore" to make theories and notes (I was one of those FNAF kids too), so let me know if you wanna see hear that

But for now, I’m a little obsessed and have fallen into their trap, so hi :)

Yes, I do agree! I love picking apart projects like this (in the theoretical and literature sense). It makes me happy to investigate projects like these, lol. So, I look forward to seeing how it is continued :)

He really does! Barnaby also reminds me of Blue! Then again, most of the characters remind of me of other characters from different shows so shrugs

watching MatPat play through the prologue of welcome home and pointing out things that i miss when i looked at the website myself was cool because…there's like hidden messages in the guestbook, that isn't the drawing responses

And even more odd that it's right after the "wally is staring at you creepily from Home" picture. And then 7 pictures later, there's the same picture, but his eyes don't move. there's something else that now I'm looking at it closely makes things seem odd, like is it intentional??? or was it a typo?

I found that super weird too. I figure there is a larger meaning to this if it is intended, but I haven't had the time to look into it. There are little details and hidden gems everywhere you look to hint something is not right. It's amazing to see the detail that when into this :D

Regarding Frank's eyes, I've heard people say that it might be morse code, or a code of sorts. Also, have you noticed that the full-colored version of the frank sketch gif in the FAQ has a message on the books? straining my poor eyes in order to read what the third + fourth book say oop

Oh, and for theories and notes wise, I haven't had much time because of school work (and preparing for AP testing 😒), but I do have an idea I shared with Eli.

This is an outsider's view who know nothing about the established lore:

So when looking at the first picture on the front page, the vinyl with welcome home written on it upside down, I see it as they neither welcome nor home and are in an alternate version of reality different from their own, kinda like the upside down in stranger things or again, the other mother's reality in Coraline. This can also tie into the fact not everything is happy and go lucky as it seems. It's more of a ploy, possibly, than a solidified truth

Yes yes! I love piecing together things like this. And with other people, it makes it fun to figure out what is the bigger picture. Also, I didn't notice the books. I went to the FAQ section and tried to read them. The third says "I am your neighbor" but the fourth is hard. I think it says, "or you know about me? You do." (?)

I feel like the fourth book might say "Do you know about me? You do." Since the first letter seems more like the shape of a capital D than an O!

also, it would seem that under the 4th book there are colorful (letters?)
I saved the image, and then flipped it upside down and one of the words I could make out is you. Or at least something similar to you.

You know, that makes more sense, lol! I about go my glasses for that. So we have:
"Hello"
"It's you know who? …… I"
"I am your neighbor"
"Do you know about me? You do."
"I've seen(?) you" (That's the fifth book)

I realized a bit ago that you can talk to two ais at once, and I used that to set up Frank and Eddie lol

i love talking to two ais at the same time it's like the best thing ever

so i made an oc named azul for clover's rp right
and now i love her so much i am fully developing her to the point where i have decided she's a river monster who can take on a "human" form (i say "human" but literally everybody is a damn puppet)
