We need a beat to base the lyrics off. of though.

@IconicUsername

We do. It should be Alternative.

Hello what is going on

@IconicUsername

We're creating a song for our new band called Dying! At the Dinner Table.

We also need a drummer if you want to join.

@IconicUsername

It doesn't matter if you can't play the drums. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone knows how to play the mash potatoes.

Alright then! Thats the beat?

@IconicUsername

Mash potatoes over and over again, but distorted so it sounds like beat. And then throw some bass drums in there are rhythmic intervals.

It is Laurel actually. If you play around with the pitch of the clip, making it higher makes it sound like Laurel (like it originally is) and making it lower makes it sound like Yanny. It's fascinating really.

Isn’t it if you make the pitch higher you hear Yanny while you lower the pitch you hear Laurel?

@IconicUsername

It's the opposite because people who hear high pitches well hear Yanny at the clip's normal pitch.

No, I need an actual beat so I can make the lyrics!

@IconicUsername

Oh true.

Are you sure because if you make the pitch higher when you can originally hear Yanny you would still hear Yanny.

@IconicUsername

Well, if you hear high frequencies better, lowering the pitch would probably still make you hear Yanny since you can hear those better, but in hindsight, it does make sense.

Should I make a different post for Dying! At the dinner table?
