One of the people I was referring to earlier found out about my situation and, well…
…they have absolutely no idea that I was talking about them…
They gave me all this support and appreciation, sent me a really heartfelt message about how I “deserve so much better” and said that they’ll be there for me anytime and will do anything they can to help me… You know, stuff that a real, true friend would say?
So now I feel like the absolute worst excuse for a human being to have ever lived, I mean, this person just wanted to help me become a better human being and I called them an abusive piece of shit in front of everyone because my worthless self couldn’t take constructive criticism

Ella, sweetie, how many times in the past has this person used and abused you? If their history with mentally abusing you stands up, and if they never once stopped and defended you from the others, then this person should not be in your life.
Don't put yourself on a guilt trip for being angry and upset with how these so called 'friends' have treated you; you have every right to feel that way! A true friend would never continue that offence time and time again, they'd be there for you; to support you and love you for who you are.
You are a beautiful soul that is kind and caring, and though I don't personally know you I do have to say that you are a truly amazing individual.
