mum found me a grief counselor but i don't wanna do it??? but she's forcing me to do it and like, can i just go to derby instead?
It might help, you know. I get that it's scary or feels unnecessary, but I think some help in dealing with something like this is healthy

I mean, I had to go to grief counseling once. It was terrible. I'm not one to just spill my guts to a random stranger because I need "grief counseling". Honestly, I would fare better if I can just stay at home and hug my cat.
