Dance/Music

For the world that my story is set in, the music and dance is defiantly one of the parts that I’ve been stumped with.

I imagine the music it self to be similar to Celtic/Irish music with it being upbeat and lots of energy but the traditional dance i believe is the River dance which doesn’t go with the type of dance I want.

If anyone can find anything similar to something like a waltz but has that same upbeat and strong moves such as lifts and twirls.

I think of the ballroom scene from Mirror Mirror or Cinderella (2015)but it’s just not upbeat enough, too elegant almost.

Sorry I’m awful at explaining these things, I have in image in my head but it’s hard to write it down so sorry if this didn’t make any sense.

YES ABSOLUTELY!!! Not the exact same moves but it’s defiantly has the upbeat music and energy! I guess creating my own is the best way to go about it since there probably isn’t a specific dance for what I imagine…

And I guess you could always use a name generator to create a name if you're stuck

Yeah that’s what I do when I need names actually. Take two names that could fit and then combine them
