I Need Help Writing Emotional Scenes

I need to write an emotional scene and I really want it to speak to my readers and make them feel things for my story. Perhaps even shed some tears :) Their are multiple scenes but the one I'm kind of focusing on is a death scene.

Um, so the scene I'm doing is where a character is forced to watched her boyfriend fight somebody else and he is eventually stabbed and slowly bleeds out. The have some alone time while he is dying and I want them to have an emotion conversation or whatever
