Okay, so, the universe I'm working on has quite the backstory on how everything happened and it's been torture to incorporate it into my story without it sounding like a history lesson.
Any and all tips on how to do this better are welcome. Thanks!
Universe Backstory
Lol. It's okay to make your world's lore sound like a history lesson. Give little bits of the lore throughout the story and you'll be fine. Also, off topic, but I want to use your username for my novel.

What I did was I incorporate a little at a time through musings and stuff. I think this only works if your main character is born and raised in that world though
