I need help with a title for a story I'm writing. It's blown through 5 titles so far and I'm only on chapter 1. It's set in Victorian England (more specifically 1863) and it's a mystery. I want to tie in water or the ocean somehow, since a large portion is set on a ship. Please help me think of titles! Thank you!
AAAAAAHHHH I NEED A TITLE
What's the mystery about? That can be used rather briefly in the title, and it would be useful to know.
Though you can always wait until you finish a couple chapters to title it.
A baroness's father goes missing and she tries to find him with the help of a criminal/con man's son. (not sure if those would have been a thing back then but oh well we're taking creative liberties)
(Ahah, I get the feeling.)
Voyage to Seek the Lost
Con Man's Tide
A Debt to Be Paid (I dunno, this one is Random)
Ships and Sails
Lost Waters
Waters Painted With Mystery
Lost At Sea
(I can probably come up with more)
I really like Con Man's Tide, I think I found a title :) Thank you so much!!!
Of course! If you ever need help, I can try and come up with titles.
I had been considering something with the word "tide" in it since the beginning. The original title was actually The Tide Files (desperately copying The X-Files, anyone?). You brought it all together for me! Thank you so much (again)!!
Of course! I'm super happy to have helped out!
