I admitted to Josh that I kinda hate Valentine's day to assure him that it was fine that he didn't bring me anything, then he pointed out it's probably just because I never had a partner before.

Oh dear, if he does, I'll smack him (I would never actually), I'm already on the verge of my parents being unable to deny that I have a partner under their noses. 'Cause I've already brought home blankets and sweaters and small stuffies from him. But I don't think he will do that. What I think he'd ever get me is something small and cute, which are the bestest gifts. Especially if he made whatever it is himself.
You could always tell him to keep it until you go to college.
