"Why is my princess so glum? She's 50% perfect." He poked her nose, leaning closer to her.

"You'd deny it if I told you you were 100% perfect." He pointed out, a smirk on his lips.
"We could shoot for a 99.9%" she said

Caroline had got him a bag with his favorite candies a black leather jacket with her last name and one with his and tickets to that concert he wanted to go to and put them in his locker
Brad had gotten her a Valentine's Day gift, but had left it at home. So he was standing outside of the school, talking to his older sister on the phone. "Em, I really need you to grab the one box for me. That's all I need. I'm going to get the other things later, so please, can you bring the one box?" He begged over the line. With a sigh, his sister nodded. "Fine, I'll be there at 4:00. No later."

Running back inside, Brad had a small thing of roses he had picked up from a flower shop across the street. Catching sigh of Caroline, he smile. "There's my princess, I'm so sorry I spaced." He hummed, sitting besides her.

"I have more, but I left it at home. I really am sorry darling." He whispered, kissing her cheek. "You do deserve better than me, someone who can at least remember to bring you your gifts."

"Oh sweet thang, you didn't have to." He frowned, tilting her chin towards him. "I feel really bad now, my sister is dropping off one of your presents around four. I would go home to get it myself, but I have class."
