"Boring? Well I find that offensive." He snickered bending down, and scooping her up over his shoulder. "Now you're going to have to be carried inside."
" I don't see how this is a punishment" she said with a giggle
"I dunno either, but I get a pretty nice view." He chuckled, holding onto her legs tightly. He walked up on the porch, carrying her to the door.
" so really this is for your benefit" she said
"Yup, basically." He snickered, opening the door and walking through.
" wow so selfish" she teased
"You chose to put on the shorts you did." He clicked his tongue, knocking the door closed with his foot, and walked over to the couch.
" what's wrong with my shorts?" She asked
"They're rather revealing, don't you think?" He asked flipping her over the back of the couch.
" No, I think I'll wear these to the next football gang" she said
"Oh please, babe I beg you." He pouted petting her cheek.
She raised an eyebrow " and why is that?"
"Do you know how bad Zach will be rubbing his hands all over you?" He asked with a frown.

"And a nice everything else. It isn't school, so they can't really stop him from taking you." He replied, putting a hand on her knee.

" maybe… maybe you should go home and get some rest" she said standing up
"I'm fine Caro." He whispered rubbing his temple. "I'd rather be here."
She sighed " I think you should get some rest" she said
"I'm really OK, you don't have to worry about me." He said lifting his head up, obvious something was bugging him.

"I can't stop you, but I can tell you I'm fine." He replied calmly, yet still the same look on his face.
