"What is going to hold me together? You're gone, and I really can't stand here. I'm loosing myself. So please, just let me go." He whispered, looking back to her with pleading eyes.
¨ I´m never leaving I´m right here you think it´s easy seeing you flirt with Lily as the tigers take control of my life¨ she asked
"I don't flirt with Lily." He said sternly, wishing to just run away. "Caroline, look. I still love you, but we can't happen. This can't happen again. I want to just go home right now. I'm done, and tired. So please, let me go."
she let go of him slowly her fingers di=gging into her palms blood hitting the concrete
"I love you, but you're invested in someone else. I can't take you away. I'll talk to you on Monday, have a good date night." He whispered, shutting his eyes and taking in a deep breath.
It happened too fast she heard him he was off to kill brad but caroline pushed him the shot hitting her and she fell to the ground
Brad heard the shot, and whipped around as he tumbled to the ground. "C-Caroline!?"
There was blood leaking through her green shirt at her upper stomach
Brad bent down next to her, lifting her shirt up some. "No… no no no!" He panicked, pulling his phone out of his pocket to call 911.
" B-brad "she said hoarsely.
"I'm calling an ambulance, just hang on." He whispered to her.
" D-dont leave" she almost whispered
"I'm not going to." He whispered back, hearing a voice on the other end of the line.
Caroline's breath started to slow and her eyes got heavy
Thomas ran up, bending down to Caroline. "I'll watch her, you talk to the operator." Thomas whispered to Brad. Brad nodded, and stood.
She shook her head " Brad " she cried
"I'm right here Caro, I'm standing right here." He told her, before pulling the phone back up to his ear. "It's a gun shot, out side of Herrin High School." Brad informed the operator.
" w-where is he I can't see" Caroline asked
Brad bent down, leaning over her face. "Right here." He mouthed, phone still to his ear. Thomas glared at Brad, before he yanked off his sweatshirt to stop the blood flow.
Caroline whimpered in pain before she reached out to try and touch Brad
Brad held a hand out, taking her hand. "It's OK princess." He whispered, holding her hand.
" I'm not gonna make it"
"Yes you are, you have to." Brad said, feeling scared now. "If not for yourself, but for me."
Caroline was crying " I can't"
"They're on the way, please." He whispered, petting her cheek.
" don't leave me not again" she begged
"I'll always be around." He whispered, trying not to get too close. As Thomas looked really upset at the two.
Caroline's breathing slowed down
