Land on their back, might break a rib, but if the current's soft and they'll wash to shore. If the current's strong, they'll be dragged under and probably never seen again
I mean, if they're a strong swimmer and don't belly-flop in, I'm sure they'll be fine.
Also depends on how high? Bc surface tension…. the higher it is they jump from, the higher probability of broken bones and death
