My book's themes are gay, anorexia, depression, gay, anxiety, and gay. It's kinda dark but also has humor. My MC's name is Seth. He used to do ballet and has had a constant struggle with his weight and has always felt different and isolated from his peers. At eighteen, he comes to terms with his sexuality: gay and demisexual.

What about something like 'Pirouette'? It's "an act of spinning on one foot, typically with the raised foot touching the knee of the supporting leg." SO basically a twirl on one leg. I thought it might be clever in reference to his downward spiraling mental health as well as a nod to his past as a dancer.

'It has been a treacherous dance, but as I feel myself stumble mid-pirouette, I don't come crashing down. Not completely. When I open my eyes, he's there beside me, and my chaotic spiral fades into something like hope.'
