I'm still very much an amateur in writing and I don't know if I'm overthinking this, but I feel like a lot of my stories hit similar story beats or themes.
Where the MC hits an obstacle and different obstacles appear almost episodically as conflict, a good amount of my webcomic ideas have this, is there a way to mix things up or is this normal?
It’s typical in writing, it’s just a popular format. But it doesn’t hurt to mix things up sometimes! Try using some other pieces of media for reference.

Phew! Thank you for reassuring me that I'm just overthinking. If this isn't too much to ask can you provide some examples of media with different plotting formats? In terms of "media consumption" other than social media I'm kind of a hermit, lol!
Like movies, books, other stuff like that.
So like maybe make a universe based in the Harry Potter series, or something of the sort, maybe avengers universe.
