The DDB (Department of Dangerous Beings) which study's magical beings and is like the magical equvalent to area 51. They do some very horrible experiments on these beings.

What are the responsibilities of this office?
They overview the meetings that the council has, there are also 12 council members but is there is a tie the Head lord gets a second vote to tilt the scale.
