I want to be able to draw both realistically and anime. Uhhh I did do a really good portrait of my best friend last year in art class, but I traced her face (it was a painting class, not a drawing class, if you couldn't tell). I tried to get better, and I think I have body proportions somewhat down. It's just faces that are a pain (and hands, but we're not going to worry about those)
Nice! I love looking back at old drawings and comparing them to new ones or doing redraws to see the progress

The struggle omg.
I can draw lips just fine on female characters, but every time I try to draw lips on a male character it always turns out looking really feminine and weird. I even tried looking up a tutorial and I actually found one, and despite following step by step it still came out looking like a woman's lips.
Yeah, male lips are weirdly hard. And hands.
Random question: does anyone know how to do the thing where theres a line through the text on here?
