Anyone know a good language site or app?

I’m looking for something to create my own written language that will then allow me to type with it. Ive tried calligraphr but it didn’t work how I wanted it to and I want something that will let me make the language how ever I want, like what kind of symbols represent what sounds or which direction the words are written. Anyone know something like that?
