This is probably gonna have to be a 16+ rp. I usually don't put age limits on my rps but I'm almost certain this is going to be full of gore, triggers, physical, and mental abuse. So yeah… we'll see how this works out.

I think it could spark something pretty cool. :) obviously I wanna take this down a dark route. So no "you're my prisoner, but I'm gonna treat you with kindness tho bc I feel bad." None of that sappy good stuff that usually sparks romantic nonsense.
We can either start from the ss, or use it as a base to come up with something else entirely.

(Sorry lmao, looks like we're both indecisive! I'd prefer the hero tbh, but I can work with the villian role if you'd prefer that. As for plot, we could probably just wing the beginning and go from there?)

Rules of power: mind manipulation is often confused with mind Control, but is actually very different. Vesuvius can manipulation memories, but only if here was there when it happened.  He can slowly insert new memories, or erase one's mind all together. When wiping someones memories he must be very careful or he could accidently chance his own. (This has happened before) he can even make others see things that aren't really there. But for this he has to have a strong grasp on their mind, and they must be in his line of sight.

But of a back story: in order to have a better grasp of his powers he spent years studying the human brain. In time he new enough to being experimental trails on the people around him. This included close friends and family.
