" what's the point of worrying about now she's dead" he said
His heart dropped. "You're lying."
The devil cocked his head and kicked her as hard as he could in Ravenna did not move
"You have to be lying! You wouldn't have-" His voice gave way, and he starred at her lifeless body.
" feel her she doesn't have a pulse" he said
He walked over to her slowly, bending down and taking her wrist.
Like the devil said she had no pulse
He dropped her wrist, and didn't even try to stop his tears. "I'll be dead by morning."
" son shes just a girl" he said
"She had a heart. Something I'd be surprised to find out if you did." He growled.
The devil side and made a move to pick up the girl
"What are you going to do with her now? She's already dead." He looked up to his father, tears of malice in his eyes.
" I'm going to go throw her off the cliff back to Earth"
"Back? " He asked with a raised brow.
Ravenna let out a gasp of air
His jaw dropped, and he starred at his father. "You lied to me!"
"no she was dead" he said as Ravenna laid there
"She's clearly not!" He yelled at his father.
She put her hands over her ears " don't tell" she whispered with a whimper
He softened his voice for her, wishing he could scream at his father. "She's not dead. So put her down." Viktor sneered.
The devil dropped her making her wince
“Thank you.” He said in an overly formal tone.
The devil gagged and left the room
Viktor watched him leave and ran over to Ravenna. “Oh my- what can I do?”
She groaned in pain
“Shhh, you’re going to be alright.” He tried to comfort her. “We need to get out of here now…” Viktor muttered to himself.
" Go! Then' she said
“I’m not going. I mean for your sake we need to leave.” He whispered.
