He slid his hand that had been resting on her hip, to her free hand. He laced their fingers, giving her hand a squeeze.

She pulled away from the kiss nuzzling her head in the crook of his neck
He gasped lightly his eyes snapping open. "R-Ravenna? What- what are you doing?" He asked nervously.
" nuzzling" she said turning to look at him
"O-Oh… I…" He felt awkward for asking what it was, but he had never done any of this before. "W-what is that?"
" it's where a but my head into you like I just did do you not want me to" she said
"N-no, I kinda like it…" He whispered feeling strange. "I- I just… nevermind it isn't important."
She leaned back sitting beside him grabbing his hand lacing thier fingers and leaning her head on his shoulder " is this better" she asked.
He smiled some and leaned on her. "Yeah… I like this better…" He hummed softly,
She nodded " what does this mean" she asked looking at thier hands
He flushed some, but rubbed his thumb lightly on the back of her hand. "I-I'm not sure… what do you want it to mean?"
" as soon as I save your world I'm as good as dead your father will kill me" she said
"Not if I plead with him. I can maybe keep you alive." He whispered laying his forehead on the side of her head.
" but you'll get hurt in the process " sh said " what could you possibly sat that will change his mind" she said
"It won't matter what I say. I'll beg until he kills me if I have to." He said determined, kissing her head gently.
" he won't lay a finger on you " she promised with a look in her eyes that told she was serious.
"Ravenna… I can't let you protect me. I didn't do the same for you…" He went quiet trying to get her echoing screams out of his head.
" I'm an angel Victor i protect just think of me as your guardian angel who you occasionally kiss" she said
He gave her a pained look, tears filling his eyes. "I don't want you to be though. I'm pathetic, I know, but I don't want you to get hurt protecting me…"
" its more of instinct really" she said and kissed his cheek " everything will be fine" she promised
"You can't prove that." He frowned leaning into her lips.
" i can do my best" she said giving him a kiss
He sighed before kissing back and holding her face in his hand. His eyes fell close, and he leaned into her lips.
Her hand came up to the side of his face stroking his cheek with her thumb
He hummed delighted when she did this, leaning more into her hand. He loosened the kiss, so their lips were only brushing against each other.
She smiled her thumb still stroking his cheek
“I think I’m in love.” He whispered biting his lower lip, having it slip through his sharp teeth.
Ravenna looked up into his eyes " with me?" She asked looking deeply into his eyes
He looked at her with what seemed to be fear in his eyes. “I- I think so… I don’t want you to leave…” he mumbled holding her close. “But I understand if you don’t love me. Nobody does…”
" I'm not going anywhere and I love you too victor always and forever" she promised
