His feet fly out from under him and he sprawls on the ground at the humans feet. He twitches, growls and grunts but doesnt get up. His head was throbbing.

She was a timid student, who was always the first to flinch and mumble a 'sorry' whenever she ran into someone. Her family was a mess, but she didn't let that interfere with school, especially a new one, where she could start anew with a clean slate. But at the same time, she had to keep her secret. The secret. That she isn't all that she appears to be.
