"What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" Grayson questioned nervously.

Just shut up and let me be happy, Abaddon muttered, growing annoyed with Grayson's questions

I don't know what I feel because I don't understand emotion, especially the kind associated with humans, Abaddon retorted

Well you better start understanding. Grayson replied, a little angrily.

Then what is the emotion that makes you feel warm when someone touches you? And you said I was…blushing before. Explain that to me, Abaddon huffed

Grayson froze for a second, staring down at Abaddon. W-well it means..uh..it means that you probably feel affection for someone, most likely as more than friends.. He told Abaddon, panicked thoughts flying through his mind.

The lavender-turquoise smoke that was Abaddon seemed to ripple, the purring interrupted. So…what does that mean? he said quietly, sensing Grayson's distress

I think it means you might be in love with me.. Grayson replied, taking a shaking breath in.

Is that bad? Abaddon mumbled. In all his life, he had never been so…worried about losing a host before

They’re your feelings, not mine.. Grayson responded, climbing off the couch and walking into the kitchen to get some water.

I don't know what to do with them! Abaddon exclaimed, the smoke of him rippling in annoyed distress

“Well I wouldn’t know either!” Grayson said loudly.

You're the human with the human emotions, help me! Abaddon shrieked, the smoke of his form flicking and waving angrily

“I didn’t choose for you to feel like this! I didn’t even know you could feel like this about someone! I can’t help you Abaddon, either act on your feelings or ignore them!” Grayson yelled angrily, though he wasn’t sure why he was getting so worked up.

How in the hell do you expect me to act on something I've never experienced before! Abaddon exclaimed back, a hint of exasperation and anger in his tone as well. Why was Grayson being so rude to him?

If Abaddon was still formed, his jaw probably would have dropped. So…what does this mean? he mumbled after a moment, the smoke of him trembling faintly

I..I don't know..do we want to maybe..chase these feelings? He asked, glaning over at Abaddon.

Abaddon curled around Grayson, movements more sheepish now. You'll have to help me a lot with this, if we do it. I don't know just how good at this I would be without help, he murmured

I'm sure you'll be amazing.. Grayson replied, walking over to him and leaning down to kiss him gently. He took Abaddon's hand and laced their fingers together, squeezing his hand a little.

Abaddon had only just reformed when he went rigid at the feeling of Grayson pressing their lips together. For a brief moment, he panicked, not knowing what Grayson was doing. But when the other took his hand, he relaxed a bit, still feeling a bit tense from surprise

Grayson pulled away and smiled down at him. "Was that okay?"

"I…I think?" Abaddon mumbled, still stiff and trying to figure out how exactly he felt now. His chest felt warm, his face felt warm. Everything was just so warm, it was almost painful trying to figure out what his body was doing

Grayson laid down next to him, sighing quietly. "You okay?"
