"I look like a person," Felix said. He rolled his eyes when he saw that Dashan giggled, smiling a little.
"Head, arms, legs, torso." He chuckled a little. Still, he shivered a bit and pulled the blankets back over himself, setting the notebook down on it a little tilted without remembering how it would affect Dashan.

Dashan felt his world moving to more of an angle. He pressed himself to the ground, just before ending up in a slightly slow, endless slide. "This is kinda cool. You're just like me, and you've got a neat power! I wish I had the power to just… …make the world move. At will!" He complimented Felix, with admiring eyes.

group

Felix smiled a little when Dashan complimented him. He realized he had the notebook tilted, but instead of righting it, he decided to test something out. He uncapped his pen, beginning to write.
A block appeared in Dashan's path, and it stopped his sliding. He hadn't built up much speed, so he wasn't hurt. Felix paused, then waited for Dashan to react.
"That's not all I can do," he said.

Dashan gasped, and he tapped the block, and I mean taps that block, many, many times. "Dude, this is epic! I have a cool new friend with awesome magic skills!" He said. "Yo, tell me to do something! I want to try something, too!" He pleaded. He loved this, so very much.

group

Felix chuckled a little. It felt… nice, to hear Dashan call him cool, to call him a friend.
"What do you want to try?" Felix asked. He smiled, pen poised above the paper. This was so much fun.

The aura around him seemed to feel warmer, a response to Felix's joy, probably. "How about… a crown! Make me a crown!" Dashan begged. He wasn't the type for glitz and glam, but he had an addiction to crowns. "I'll wear it forever!" He added. As if it would be more persuasive, but he felt it was.

group

Felix paused, then started writing again. After a moment, a crown appeared in Dashan's hands. It was simple, but it was elegant, too. Felix grinned. It would look good on Dashan.

Dashan purred with happiness. "Thank you! It's perfect!" He exclaimed. He reached his hands into the shadows closest to him, and hugged a select area of them. It might even have felt real, to Felix. "You're the best." He whispered.

group

Felix was more than surprised when he felt phantom arms hugging him. He smiled softly. For Dashan, the shadows would wrap around him a little, returning the hug lightly.
"I-I'm really not," Felix said quietly, but he was smiling brightly.

"Well, I mean, you're the only ghost-thing with connection to me. Honestly I admire that." Dashan whispered. He felt the shadows, and assumed it was Felix. "Your arms are really neat!" He noticed. "What do you think this means for us, anyways?" He asked, suddenly. I mean, hearing spirits and feeling them isn't the usual thing for anyone.

group

Felix hesitated a moment when Dashan asked that question. Should he fess up, tell Dashan the truth about who Felix really was? For once, Felix didn't know how Dashan would react to that, and it made him nervous. But… he also felt back lying to Dashan.
"I… need to tell you who I am. It'll… all make sense then," Felix said quietly. The warm aura was slowly slipping away and the shadows pulled away from Dashan slightly. Like Felix was retreating into his shyness. His anxiety.

Dashan worried, for a little bit. "Hey now, it's alright. Whatever you are, I promise I won't judge." He informed Felix, with his most honest tone. He tried to send warmth back towards Felix, his sympathy shining through his own skin. "You'll always be super special to me." He said, with a wonky smile.

group

Felix smiled a little, but he was still nervous.
"I'm… your author. Your creator." He paused not really sure how to continue. So instead, he waited for Dashan's response.

"I have a creator?" He asked, pretty dumbly. "So you're like, the guy who writes my life story? The guy who has a plan for me?" He asked. His eyes shone with admiration. "And I'm actually talking with you-" He said, as the realization hit him. "No way," He muttered, in shock.

group

Felix was… relieved.
"Yeah," he said softly. He smiled. "That's me." He snuggled down in his blanket again, pulling the notebook a little close.

"Was I weird when I was little? I honestly barely remember it, and if you created me, I'm sure you have an idea." Dashan said. He remembered little bits and pieces, but nothing stood out entirely. He felt the warmness return around him, a little, and it reassured him that Felix was okay.

group

Felix knew just as much as Dashan did about his past, because that was all he had come up with.
"A little, yeah," Felix said, chuckling softly. "But a good weird."

"Good, and weird." Dashan said, deep in thought. He honestly had no idea what that really meant, but he rolled with it. "I wonder if there's a way we could actually meet, physically, you know?' He said, suddenly. He had an idea of how it might work, but wasn't exactly sure if it would go through correctly.

group

Felix knew Dashan had an idea as to how, but he had no idea what it actually was.
"I wonder too. It'd be nice if we could." Felix thought for a moment. "What's your idea?"

"What if you made yourself, here?" Dashan suggested. It was almost out of the question, seemed impossible on so many levels, but he wanted to see if it would work.

group

"Hmm… It won't hurt to try, right?" Felix said. He picked his pen up again, hesitating for a moment before righting.
There was a pause, and silence. That's when Felix appeared before Dashan. Felix could see Dashan, but he could also still see his living room. Like he was both places at once. He closed his eyes, and now he was just looking at Dashan. He gave a nervous smile.

Dashan pretty much screamed for a few seconds, like, he was really freaking out about that. "I-It's really you, in the shadows, with me!" He exclaimed, finally calming down a little bit. He honestly couldn't comprehend how much power Felix had! "This is so cool," He muttered. "And you look great, not going to lie." He said, giving Felix his own personal ego boost.

group

Felix flinched a little when Dashan screamed but kept smiling.
"Yeah, it's me," he said. He himself was trying to stay calm. "Ah- thanks!" Felix felt really good talking to Dashan. He took a few steps forward, amazed himself. He'd never actually seen Dahsan, not like this.

Dashan gently brought a hand up to Felix's face, and poked his cheek. He felt it, as if Felix was actually there. "Oh goodness, you're like, I can feel your actual skin-" He marveled. It wasn't everyday that a creator got to meet their character, or vice versa. His eyes filled with the most surprise he'd ever held before.

group

Felix put his hands in his pockets, giggling a little when Dashan poked his cheek. He was amazed too, he could feel Dashan. Absolutely amazed.
"This is weird," he said quietly. "I never thought I'd get to meet you."

"I honestly didn't even know you before today, so just the thought of speaking to you made my day," Dashan countered, with a soft laugh. "But this," He interjected. "This is nothing like I'd ever imagined." He finished. "But you, are you sure you can find a way out?" He asked. What if he's stuck here with me?

group

Felix paused for a moment, thinking. He closed his eyes, and when he opened them he was back to seeing in both spots.
"I'll be able to leave just fine," he said with a soft smile, closing his real eyes again so he could focus on Dashan.

"Phew. I would have been worried for you, bad guys are everywhere here." Dashan joked, with a laugh. "But that's what our sword is for, right?" He asked. He was honestly so proud of his sword's existence once he figured out that Felix gave it to him. It was such a great thing to have around, especially at night.

( I assume Felix's story was one of those fantasy-action types. With a tavern, goblins, y'know. That genre. It seemed to fit. )

group

(I figured too ^w^)
"I know," Felix said. He didn't go into detail about how he controled those too, though. Didn't want to give up to much at once.
"And that sword is your's." He smiled. "I have no claim on it anymore."

( Good assumption, then! Sometimes I mess stuff up and it's relieving right now! )

"You're its original creator. Don't you dare tell me you surrender your half of it." Dashan snapped. He realized what he did, and suddenly he had a 180 degree attitude change. "I'm so sorry, sorry, Felix." He said, rubbing the back of his neck.
