(lmao technically in human years, they're all around the ages of 14-25. But uh. I'll just use whatever character goes best with Lachlan's personality (for a romance) and just say that they're 15 or 16. Do you have any character archetypes that go well with Lachlan?)

(honestly im not sure? he's a huge asshole but soft for people who are super quiet and/or get bullied. but if they match him up well they'd probably fight a lot but also be really close yknow?? so either of the extremes works well.)

lachlan moved stiffly about the greenhouse, skipping class as usual. usually nobody came in here.

after a while of pruning the taller plants, he sat down with a huff to repot the smaller ones.

Sangrar was on his lunch period, and as usual, he didn't have a place to sit at where he could be at peace. He looked around and saw the greenhouse. Since he didn't have anything better to do, he decided to go there and maybe look at some flowers. He walked in the greenhouse and started to look around

lachlan stopped his current process of repotting a plant to give a side-eye towards the door.

"who are you?"

Sangrar jumped a little. He didn't know anyone else was in here. "I'm, uh. I'm Sangrar."

"sangrar." he tested out the name, looking fully over. "where are you from?" it didn't sound from anywhere he'd been before, and almost sounded like a fantasy name.

"That's not important," he spoke quietly in response

lachlan narrowed his eyes in response. "then i'll be forced to believe that's some weeb ass nickname you got your friends to call you because it's what you named your elf in d&d. what brings you here, mate?"

Sangrar sighed. "It means 'bleed' in Portuguese…" he looked over at Lachlan and said, "I'm just here to look at some plants. Maybe plant some flowers."

"you know, you have to get permission from the science teacher to plant any new stuff." he turned around on the stool, grinning lazily at sangrar.

"but she hasn't visited here in forever, and i'm the one who takes care of all this. the seeds are in the cabinet and i have the pots labeled for which goes with which size of plant. i'm lachlan, how are ya?"

Sangrar was startled by Lachlan's abrupt change in behavior. "Um-"
