Backstory: Her father got a job in French government in a risky position, so he sent Fleur and her mother over to live in the United States.

Fleur hugged her books tightly to her chest, looking wide-eyed and innocent. There was a map of the school on top of her books, but she looked totally lost.

Lance walked through the school, his eyes flicking around for his classroom, he ended bumping into a girl. "Sorry." He said.

Fleur stumbled a couple steps before regaining her balance. "C'est bon," she replied quickly in her mother tongue. "I-I mean, it's alright."

"French?" He asked, a warm smile growing on his face.

"Oui – yes," she corrected with a small smile.

"I see," He laughed, "need help finding your class?"

"Yes," she said quietly. She showed him her schedule. "Which one is it?" she asked in a sweet accent.

(Bee is bugging me that you're not on the Yin-Yang one, so can you respond to get her to stop texting me? XD)

"Ah, Mrs. Conbalt. Same class as me." He grinned and lead her to the class.

"Of course," He smiled kindly and stopped outside the classroom, "This is it, I'll introduce you to the teacher."

Fleur smiled shyly as they walked in. She hoped to present a good first impression.

"Hello, Mrs. Conbalt, this here is a new French student named-actually I didn't quite catch your name, I think?" Lance spoke

"Fleur," she said softly.

"Ah, well nice to meet you Fleur," Mrs. Conbalt held out a hand, "Lance would you be kind enough to show her around today?"
"Of course," Lance smiled, "I'm going to sit down while she introduces you to the class, okay? I'll save you a seat."
