(Honestly? Nothing. I am comfortable with discussing about any topic so long as it doesn’t glorify abusive and evil behavior. You?)

Juli lives in the palace of Amity, in the country of Sandhill. The land is beautiful, from vast and exotic jungles to wide and open deserts, Sandhill is truly an empire of riches. The King of Sandhill is a handsome young man, a fine young man. Many of his people seem to be fond of him, even with the many wars he has waged since receiving his crown. But his crown… it truly means nothing in the scope of things. Gods walk among mortals, and sorceries you could never imagine are wielded by the powerful and few. Humans are one of five species out there, the others being Orcs, Fae, Drow and Gnomes.
Orcs are a brutish few, living in scattered tribes through the mountains of Scorpion. They keep to themselves and have their own politics, rarely do you see an Orc traveling far from home and if you do, they are likely exiled.
Fae, on the other hand, are very open with humans, many living amongst each other and intermingling their genetics to produce Elves. Fae are a powerful race, prone to the magical arts. Elves share in that power, given from the Great Mother Above.
Drow are like Fae, but darker, living in deep caverns and amongst scavengers. And Gnomes are of the forests, living solitary lives outside of coupling and trade.
There are also three kingdoms on this continent, and many island localities where only humans and Orcs live. The kingdoms are of course Sandhill and Scorpion, as well as Shadow, but Shadow has long since fallen into ruin from the wars.
Juli wakes up in her bedroom, a lavish place recently vacated by none other than the assassainator himself, the king’s physician. Juli will find herself amongst gadgetry and machines unlike any she will have seen before, most of which is still being cleared out of the room by servants. It is unclear why Juli was put here, but the King is a strategic man with many plans and none to be questioned.
(Pretty much just describe Juli going about her day?? Idk, have her explore, meet people and figure stuff out??)
(Cool, get a post up when ya can!)
Juli opens her eyes to the early morning sunlight and stays quiet, staring at her ceiling. The bed was big and comfortable, making her want to sink into it and never get up again. That would be nice, but she had things she needed to do. She sat up with a groan, stretching her armes out over her head.
She swings her feet over the edge of the bed, smiling as they sank into the fluffy and warm carpet. She sighs, digging her toes into it and then smiles, standing. Walking to the armoire and pulling the doors open.
Whatever was typical of a sorceress, Juli didn’t know, but she preferred to wear close fitting clothes rather than billowing robes. She found billowing robes hard to move around in, they also slowed her down. So, she made a compromise with herself. She’d wear a tunic and pants with a cloak. Though, in the summertime, she usually went without the cloak, as she would get too hot. Though the tunic and pants somewhat hugged her figure, she was used to it, and would give a glare to anyone she thought looked a little too long. Which varied from person to person.
She laughs softly, grabbing some clothes and getting changed quickly. She pulls the cloak on around her shoulders, looking at herself for a moment and smiles with satisfaction. She pulls her hair into a braid, coiling it around her head into a crown and pinning it into place. The long hair was heavy on top of her head, but it was a welcome weight, as long as it stayed in place.
After she was satisfied with her whole appearance, she walks towards the door, opening it and stepping out into the hall, ready to greet the incoming day with fire.
(I swear I responded to this! I’m not even sure I remember my notes, hold on a sec lol I’m sure I have my Google doc somewhere lmao.)
