"That's Nessie, he's a silver-scaled weasel. They grow a lot bigger than the average weasel or ferret, and they're often killed for their scales. He's a really affectionate little guy, and when they like you that much it's said to be good luck," Kadachi said sweetly

Met looked up from the weasel at his companion, smiling childishly. "He's incredible!" The bright light from the animal threw Met's face into a very good lighting position, making him look happier and younger.
Kadachi couldn't help but grin up at Met when he saw just how happy the other was. He just looked so happy like this…and suddenly, he found himself lovestruck as he he looked up at Met, oblivious as he might be at the moment
Met was oblivious to the new emotion in his companion as he busied himself with gently stroking the weasel.
"He's adorable!" He squeaked again. "What's his name?" He looked up, and met Kadachi's gaze.
“Well, his name was Nessie when we found him. Some couple gave him to their four year old as a pet,” Kadachi answered, doing his best to snap out of it
Met looked down at Nessie with another soft giggle. "That's a wonderful name. It seems to fit him well, right?" He asked the little animal, stroking down his back.
“Yeah, I think so,” Kadachi said, smiling sweetly as the weasel squeaked and purred at the petting, wiggling happily from where he was wrapped around Met
Met giggled softly again and continued his gentle strokes of the good boi. "He!snso sweet! I just want to take him home!"
“Yeah, you don’t wanna do that. There’s a reason he lives in the garden instead of downstairs,” Kadachi chuckled
Met looked up at Kadachi again, still smiling brightly. "Yeah? What's that reason?"
“He’s a weasel. He gets into everything,” Kadachi groaned with a roll of his eyes. The snake stuck its tongue out, seemingly agreeing
Met giggled softly, petting the good boi. "I could deal with it. My house is already very clean, I could use someone to destroy it."
