Cinderella AU // OxO // Closed

So I wanna do like…a gay version of Cinderella. I have a few different AU ideas that will be discussed when someone joins. I will most likely be "Cinderella".

Rules:

• Depending on the AU, this will likely get dark at times
• There will be swearing
• I would prefer someone who is pretty descriptive

Note: Cinderella will be referred to as "Ellis" in all prompts, since this is a male AU
Note #2: prompts that are more dark than the others will be put into spoilers, and you can choose whether or not to read them

1. Kinda like the Selection, I guess? And Ellis is one of the ones Selected to go to the palace. Self-explanatory, could be either fantasy, sci-fi, or both

2. No real deviation from the original; only changes made is the gender of Ella/Ellis, and possibly the evil stepmother/sisters

   After his father died, Ellis' mother remarried. A few years later, she died, leaving him with his step-family. Well. His step-father decided to put the now orphaned boy to work…as a prostitute. So it comes as quite a surprise when Ellis receives an invitation to the palace.

4. Prince Charming, the hero of the recent galactic war, is in need of a spouse. So one is set up for him by his father: to Anton Tremaine. With Anton comes a servant boy named Ellis. And when Charming falls for Ellis instead of Anton, he uncovers a web of deceptions and lies surrounding the "Servant" boy
   *Note: war hero is optional, but could be fun. Obviously, this one is more of a sci-fi one

I'm feeling most drawn to the last one, I think? There's a lot of things that could open up for exciting scenes there ^^

Uh… I dunno?? I'm considering using my boy Lloyd because I think he'd make a good prince. He's technically an angel in his story, but I could change that ig? He has a younger brother who's kind of a chaotic, aggressive mess lol (but still a sweetheart). Lloyd does give me princey vibes though

Species: Ehhh… angel? Winged person? Whatever we decided
Looks: Lloyd stands at about 5'10 and is very lithe and agile. He's fit, of course, and athletic, but he isn't very overtly muscular in appearance. His hair is blonde and is smoothly swept over the right side of his face (not exactly bangs, more like an elegant swoop. Pinterest is blocked on my chromebook, but I'll try to find a good pic later). He has green eyes with long lashes, pale skin, and light freckles dotting his nose and cheeks. He holds himself upright and dignified all the time due to his upbringing.
Family: Tobias Saxon Windsor, father, living. Christine Pearl Windsor, mother, living. Nathaniel Tobias Windsor, younger brother (11), living.
Other: His parents aren't a huge fan of Lloyd's preference for males, but as he is clearly their favorite son, they deal with it. Nathaniel was injured badly when he was younger and, as a result, his wings are crippled and he is flightless. Nathaniel is gay, but doesn't know it yet.
