Ugh… my head's already spinning. America shook his head slightly to clear it before finishing off the beer. He was definitely a bit drunk, but not completely wasted like the night before. He could still control what he was doing and consciously think.

Lithuania " you 'kay bud?"
America nodded. "Yeah, m'alright… how are you?"
"Fine "
"That's good…" America rubbed at his eyes with two fingers since they weren't fully focusing.
You noticed Russia sighed then went back to chatting with Lithuania.
"I didn't even drink that much and I'm already dizzy…"
" Light drinker?"
"Yeah, I guess you could say that… although ten shots is pretty stupid for just about anyone. Except Russ, apparently."
"Yeah…" Russia then gone over to get another cup of vodka. " Do you know how much he can drink?"
America nodded. "He had an entire bottle of vodka last night. Literally completely fine afterwards. Can't say the same for myself." He shook his head a bit, glancing over at Russia.
"I know he can drink bottles of it. 6-9 if he want to really get wasted"
"Nine bottles of vodka?! Dear god, I would probably die. My blood would be like, 90% alcohol with a bit of blood sprinkled in. Ten shots is more than enough to get me completely wasted."
"I know! Right?"
"I'm probably already drunk and I've only had two beers and three shots of vodka. I dunno how he does it…"
" wow, me either, he's always been drinking vodka though even when he was young he sneaked it I guess…."
America shook his head incredulously. "Last night I completely blacked out from what I had. Worst hangover, as well."
" That sucks man."
"Yeah. I was probably drunk at around four shots, honestly. It was pretty stupid to take six more."
" Yeah"
"But then again, I'm not exactly known for making smart decisions." America laughed weakly. "UK always hated that about me."
"Yup, Eh bet he's nice" Russia looked at the food then got pirogi's
"He's… he's nice enough, I suppose." America thought for a moment, grabbing one of his own burgers to eat. "He can be kinda uptight and strict, but according to him, I was 'rebellious' anyways, so I could be biased."
"Yeah"
"What was your opinion on the USSR? If you don't mind my asking, of course."
"Hmmm good parent but strict but he always favored Russia, Kazakhstan , Poland and Ukraine, We still spent time together tho"
America nodded. "Yeah… I never really got to talk to him much. I think UK's a decent dad. I gave him plenty of reasons to dislike me."
"yeah I guess, no one can be as obedient as Canada"
"Damn Canada… love the guy, but he's just so nice. All the time. I don't understand it."
