Russia didn't feel well but the just kept making the pancakes Russian style.

"R-Russ?" America had his arms folded over his body to preserve some heat. "What're you doing? You should be resting… you drank a lot last night."
" I'm okay it's just a small headache with just a few aches."
America tensed his muscles to try and stop his shivering. "I mean… if you're sure… I don't want you to make it worse."
"I'm sure" After turning the stove off he sat america on the couch put the blanket around him and lit the fireplace.
America was a little surprised that Russia was wanting to help him considering he may not remember what had happened last night, but he was grateful anyways. "T-Thanks… I don't know how you do this all t-the time; it's f-freezing!"
" Your welcome, I know you'll warm up he pushed the couch a bit closer to the fireplace but not too close, that it'll burn or hurt america"
"Do you… uh… d-do you remember anything about last night?" America asked with a faint blush in his cheeks.
" I do…. I wasn't clear minded so I ended up kissing you and confessing things………"
America looked down at the floor, his face turning redder. "I-I wasn't sure if you'd remember… you did have a lot of alcohol, after all."
He sat beside america " It's not big deal…….."
"Yeah, I-I know… it's just… I didn't think you liked me too…" He finished quietly, watching the fire.
He softly cuddled america "….You liked me as well thats a surprise……"
America nodded, leaning into Russia a bit. "Honestly, I'm more surprised that you like me. I sort of thought you hated me for a while…"
"I didn't I just get angry quickly " he said blushing.
"Mhmm…" America closed his eyes. "I understand… I-I was pushing you when you were already upset…"
Russia felt a bit sleepy"Excuse me" but he remembered the pancakes and got them.
"Oh yeah… food. Forgot about that." America huddled himself more into the blankets, still freezing. Why does it feel so cold in here?
"it's snowing" he said looking out the window.
America looked out as well. "Guess that explains why I'm freezing… I wish I could be as tolerant to the cold as you."
He got a warmer blanket " Better?"
"A little…" America lay his head on Russia's shoulder, not able to move super well due to the way he'd huddled himself in blankets.
Russia went back to cuddling him.
"You're probably not even cold, are you? This is just like, average weather for you."
"I'm not cold, yeah……."
America stuck his tongue out a bit, clutching the blankets tighter. "I-I will never understand you… weather doesn't get this c-cold for me…"
"You don't need to" He said drawing america in closer to him
America leaned against Russia's side, still shivering despite the blankets and fire. "S-So… what's the plan?"
He shrugged " If your this cold I don't think I can get you home, and the snows going to pile up"
"So basically I'm staying until the snow melts?"
