Custody (CLOSED) (4/4)

Okay, the initial kidnapping was enough of a pain- but now that they've got through the hero scrambling through the code their sidekick had put together to find them, the villain going a little soft for the kid, and all the sidekick angsting about the hero not coming, it blew up in a physical custody battle.

So of course, the Bigger Bad would take full advantage of the distraction to hit them both where it hurts, and kidnaps the sidekick again- and they aren't one to go soft.

This kid can't catch a fucking break.

(Basically, a bit of "villain kidnaps the sidekick and ends up adopting them" mixed with "hero and villain have to put aside their differences to fight a bigger bad/save someone they both care about". Also, I had a character I wanted to use)

Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: Long, wavy blond hair that falls just past her chest, fair skin dotted with freckles, and bright blue eyes. She is very small and slight, with the slightest hints of lean muscle. As a civilian, she often dons sweet dresses and skirts, mary-janes and oxfords, and cozy cardigans. When doing her sidekick duties, she wears a blue suit with golden details, golden-colored boots, and a quiver at her side.
Personality: Lyric is very quiet and withdrawn, often preferring her own company over other people. She is very analytical and quick-witted, her mind often moving much faster than her mind and hands can. To the few people close to her, she can be quite sweet, and always acts polite. However, she can also be bitterly stubborn.
Powers: Lyric is a gifted archer, having the almost supernatural ability to see how to make any shot. Her missing is extremely rare, but sadly, not impossible.
Other: Lyric is also very good at coding, and has a very special love for early 60s music. (She has a habit of singing them to herself when she's nervous)

Appearance: Kaeru is surprisingly small at 5' 3" with sand-colored skin and pale gold hair that ends just under her chin. She has big electric blue eyes and prominent fang-like canines. She wears a black t-shirt and a (black and white) plaid grommet skirt. She wears finger-less fishnet gloves, fishnet leggings and black high-heel boots. She has long claw-like nails that are painted black and holo. She has visible bags under her eyes.
Personality: Manipulative and sly, Kaeru is known for being sadistic. She has a threatening aura and is blood-thirsty. Kaeru is also quite an insomniac.
Powers: Kaeru has venom in her teeth and claws, it is not fatal unless someone is allergic or gets a particularly high dose. It does, however, hurt like hell.
Other: Dart, as shown in the name section, is Kaeru's villain name. She is often assumed to be a guy with those who haven't met her.

Appearance: Tall, thin, and willowy, Neo is barely there like a wisp of thin air. He has long, flowing black hair that billows in even the slightest winds, blue eyes that sparkle when he monologues, and pale skin that looks a little too pale to be healthy but oh well. Cheekbones that could cut glass, always wearing fine red and black with gold accents suits that smell a little bit like ash and cigarette smoke and cheap cologne, as does the rest of him.
Personality: A bit of the overdramatic queercoded villain type, rampantly flamboyant and showy and loves to toy with his victims. A bit of a dick but also a true softie once you get to know him, along with how he secretly donates money to queer youth charities he’s a pretty chill guy once you get past the nightmare elements.
Powers: Can shift from a normal, solid human body to literal smoke, but it’s a magic smoke unaffected by wind that can also shift and move around as he pleases and he uses this power to choke people to death, because Neo is a murderer even if he’s normally very nice.
Other: Italian and autistic, you can’t tell if he’s stimming or just talking with his hands. Has six pet chinchillas, he likes how soft their fur are and it’s lonely as a villain.

Appearance: Prematurely greying blonde hair, grey eyes, and a tan, crow’s feet by their eyes and smile lines. Short, and hairy, with a bit of a chest. Wears a bright yellow and purple superhero suit otherwise a lot of arcade carpet levels of fabulosity and atrocity outfits.
Personality: Not like… a bad person per se? Just incredibly forgetful to the point that they’ve left their sidekick behind on missions before. Honestly they’d forget their own head one day. Also prone to anger and impulsivity, not the best parent of a growing superhero.
Powers: Wind control even Neo can’t match with his smoke.
Other: Hates animals of any kind, mostly just scared of ‘em.
