Mason stifled a laugh. “You shouldn’t. Do the project, I mean.”
He smiled, glancing from her to the buildings as they walked.
“Honestly, I’d love to see his reaction, too,” he said.
Mason didn’t know Tyson very well. I mean, sure, they had passed in the halls and nodded in each other’s general direction, but Mason did that with everyone. Based on what Mason had heard, Tyson was moderately full of himself— a quality Mason himself never even dreamed of possessing. Yes, he thought he was powerful, but not to the degree of bragging rights.
“What class is your project in?” he asked. “Yeah, I don’t go to class, but I still have a few tricks up my sleeve.”
He looked over, putting his hands behind his back.
“I could offer help, if you needed it.”
