Ever heard of a "Coffee Shop AU"? Well now you have!
The idea is to RP as yourself in this alternate earth where you go about your business until you run into me. Yes, this will be a romance.
My character works as a barista in a local tiiiiiiiiny coffee shop in the town plaza that everyone in loves, but is under threat of being shut down by the local asshole real estate guy that wants to revamp the main street into a big hideous shopping center. So far, my character (me) is the only thing standing in his way. I will do everything I can to keep my shop.

Side note: Canonically I am an adult bisexual female. Do what you will with that info.

I'm looking for a serious RP partner with a style that I like and will compliment my own. With that being said I do have a few rules:

• no youngins please, this RP may go into R territory. I'd like my partner to be over 18. If the smut gets real we can move to PMs.
• swearing is MORE than okay. I curse like a sailor sooooooo (shrugs)
• I don't want to run the story all alone, so I encourage you to create a conflict that your character will deal with as well!
• I'd prefer no one-liners, but you do you boo! just type whatever length feels right! (But seriously, give me content. We're writers.)
• Slow burn makes me swoon
• I dont mind more than one person joining but let's keep it small. That being said, if a love triangle pops up… I'm all for that shit. Drama is life.
• Please dont make yourself a Mary Sue/Gary Stu. I know youre not a cardboard cut out of sebastian stan. (but damn wouldnt that be nice?)

Appearance notes: Lex has thick frizzy brown hair that is swept to the side and is cut in a boy-cut. They have caramel eyes with long lashes and pale skin with freckles dotting their face, they have very heavy undereye bags. Lex is quite tall and a bit chubby.
Attire: Lex pretty much wears only comfy clothes, mostly oversized sweaters, and band shirts. The only time they wear anything that isn't oversized is when their baking.
Personality type: It's hard to explain Lex's personality, they are very sarcastic and usually look to the darker side of things, making a lot of dark jokes.

Appearance notes: Plump in frame but strong. 5’6-5’7 and has big feet (My foot size right now is an eleven in women’s). Short brown hair that is curly to the point it is frizzy when brushed, so she tends to not brush it often, nor wash it.
Attire: Tends to dress in a male fashion with flannels, t-shirts and jeans. Rarely wears something revealing.
Personality type: Nerdy and funny around those she likes. Around those she doesn’t, she tends to ignore them and be cold and sharp.
Other: She has three guinea pigs named Oreo, Rocko and Algernon. She lives in an apartment complex across from the cafe and attends a university not far away. She also wears a necklace with an angel’s wing charm that’s about two inches long and an inch wide. She got this from North Carolina in the summer of 2018. She also has a ring hanging from it. This was from one of her friends, and it’s too small to fit on her thick fingers, so she hung it from her necklace.

Appearance notes: Tiny, slender, 5'1 pear shaped body. Long as hell (seriously idk why I have it this long it's such a hassle) raven colored hair that is a little wavy. Light tan skin and big brown eyes. Wears black rimmed rayban glasses are a bit too large for my face. Has tattoos going up left forearm.
Attire: the usual uniform is: black skinny jeans with ripped knees, casual comfy v cut tshirt (black, red or grey), long thin black sweater, high heeled combat boots.
Personality type: Loves to laugh and smile, but can be a little shy and super awkward. Stubborn and determined as fuck. Has raunchy humor after getting to know her. Quick to anger and has no filter between mind and mouth. Misses social queues like no other so she doesnt realize shes said something mean until after the fact.
Other: She has a teeny tiny black kitten named Sasuke and lives above the shop. It was left to her after her aunt died several years before hand. The shop has been in her family for a long long time and it's her most prized possession.

Appearance notes: Tall, semi lanky, toned, 6'3 body. cropped dirty blond colored hair that never neat. Pale beige skin and green eyes. Tattoos on both arms (full sleeves), shoulders and upper chest. Left eyebrow is pierced but he hardly ever wears it anymore.
Attire: dark wash fitted jeans, black tshirt, doc martens, casual fitted coat, always has a beanie on.
Personality type: Always a jokester, sarcastic and extroverted. Fiercely protective of his friends and family. Ambitious to become something in life. Honestly wants to make the world a better place. Rarely ever gets angry, but god help you if he does.
Other: Just enrolled into the nearby university to complete his graduate studies after talking a few years off.
