Every Action // CLOSED - 5/5 //

So, this is based off of a short story I wrote about 5 years back. Not proud of it, but I want to build off of it, see how long this lasts.

A long time ago, when the world was still new, the Elementals were born. Fire, Earth, Water, and Air. Powerful, ruthless, emotionless deities, they rampaged and destroyed. They were held back by the Seer, the Eye of the Gods, who knew their every move and stopped them, destroying them… but not their power. Four kids were destined to get the power of these rogue gods… for a cost.

"Every action has a consequence. You need to remember that. But you won't, will you? You just act in the moment, not thinking about what it means for the future. And then you regret it. Why?Because you didn't think it through. Every action has its consequences."

Now, aliens are coming through the sky. They are taking over, and the world is in chaos. When the creatures take over a school, five children manage to escape… the same ones who were destined to recieve the power of the Elementals. The fifth is the direct descendant of the seer… and she knows what the others do not… about the consquences. As the five travel over the land, to find an ancient temple dedicated to the four gods, their powers start to emerge.

Maybe they'll finally have a fighting chance.

Maybe they'll win.

Maybe everything an go back to normal.

Or maybe not.

Who knows?

Powers: Callie can spew fire from her palms, and can also create a sword made of flames. However, (as you may find out,) Callie tends to overuse her powers and burn herself out.
Personality: Callie is really competitive and loyal. However, though she cares for those close to her (and she will defend them with her life,) Callie is easily angered, and will fight back if you insult anyone she cares for. When greeting people, she tries to make a good impression.

Hair: Callie’s hair is straight and black, extending to her mid-back. When she’s using her powers (or when she’s angry,) small trails of smoke emanate from her hair.
Basic Body Shape: Callie’s body type is a rectangle-she has broad shoulders, no emphasized hips, and tends to be insecure about how she looks.
Physical Flaws: Callie is short, about 5’1”, and her skin tone, which was often judged when she was young, is a light caramel color.
Preferred Clothing: Callie wears biker gloves, alongside her bright red vest and a black tank top.
Face: Callie’s face is more on the rounded side. Her nose is squishy, which Callie hates, because her family always said, “Nothing says ‘I love you’ like a boop on the nose,” so Callie’s nose would often be “booped.”
Distinguishing Features: Callie has a tattoo on her left shoulder that looks like this. Callie’s eyes are the color of gold in the sunlight or when she’s using her power, but is normally a dark amber.
Other: Callie’s ethnicity is taiwanese.

Personality: Cress can be the most innocent thing you could imagine. At least, it seems like it. She's sweet and kind and loving, and is great at making friends. She can be a huge nerd, and is truly passionate about the things she loves. She has a very calm head, but when she gets mad, she can be very scary. She is very loyal to her friends, and hates injustice. She can be like a sweet, cuddly teddy bear, and everyone instantly likes her. However, she can also be a monster. She hates with a passion, and because of personal grudges, her hatred runs deep. She is scary, cold, collected and stoic, and doesn't care if she kills or harms anyone in her way.

Hair: She has short, chin-length brown hair.

She wears clothes that aren't bulky or big, but not exactly tight, to hide her muscled body, without making it seem like she's hiding it.

Face: She has deep, fathomless amber eyes, and wears colored contacts to hide it, because she is ashamed of it. She has plump, pink lips, and long, dark eyelashes.
Distinguishing Features:She has a long, twisting, twining black tattoo on her left arm, torso, and shoulder, so she always wears long sleeves.

Powers: Sage can grow plants on command, though they usually only last as long as she concentrates on them, unless they are picked like a flower. She also has an uncanny sense of direction. Unfortunately, as stubborn as she can be, she can lose strength and energy very quickly
Personality: Sage is shy and sweet, but she happens to be stubborn in everything she does. Sometimes, it can work in other's favor, as having her on your side almost guarantees that you'll have a loyal person there until the bitter end. If you're against her, however, gods help you. She tends to be picky over who she lets in, and keeps any real feeling besides happiness under lock and key, but she is fiercely protective of the few she does let in, and would do anything for someone she happens to care about. She's a little hyper and odd, but she really just wants to live life and not be stuck anywhere. The type that would drag you out to dance in the rain.

Appearance
Hair: Long, wavy, brown locks she dyed pastel pink streaks through. It falls to her waist, and she ties it back with a bandanna when she's working, or things get serious to keep the bangs over her forehead (and often in her eyes) out of her face.
Basic Body Shape: Fairly petite, and very skinny. She looks like she could break with a good hard hit.
Physical Flaws: She has freckles on her face and shoulders and legs from being outside so much, and usually has dirt under her nails from helping her mother with the plants and the plants in her own room.
Preferred Clothing: Cuffed skinny jeans, beat up converse, and old tee shirts (usually 60s and 70s rock bands) with an oversized cardigan or a denim jacket over it
Face: Round, with bright green eyes peeking out of those brown bangs. Her skin is tanned, and sometimes a little sunburned after summertime
Distinguishing Features: A scar on her left hand. It's a long, white line across the palm, from when she tried to catch a falling knife and accidentally caught the blade

Backstory: Grew up fairly normal. The only abnormal thing was her odd affinity for caring for the plants her parents grew and sold in their shop.

Dislikes: Homework, cloudy days, actually talking about things, being stuck indoors, thunder and lightning (she agrees with Freddie Mercury. Very very frighting.)
Likes: The night sky, sunny days, rain, plants, coffee, old books, old records, thrifting
Special Skills/Talents: Can usually tell what's wrong with a wilting plant, can play a few songs on guitar (mainly Bob Dylan songs and a handful of others, but it's something)
