Farah Dowling [Fate: The Winx Saga] x OC (Closed)

Hello! This is shipping rp between Farah Dowling (from the Netflix Series Fate: The Winx Saga) and your character. I'm going to be Farah, and sorry not sorry, the plot is very specific because I saw a Tumblr post and said hell yes. I would prefer this to be gxg, and I'm chill with smut (taken to the pms) when we get deeper into their relationship. So here is the plot:

Farah has been the headmistress of Alfea for eight years after imprisoning Rosalind, so most people don't remember the events of Rosalind as headmistress. Your character is a new hire to the staff who becomes Farah's protégé about a month or so after she is initially hired (Farah has a feeling about her). While Farah is far from retiring, she feels it would be easier to have someone to help her with the ongoing list of duties she has as headmistress. The pair don't know each other well at first, but as they work closely together every day, something begins to spark between them. Although Farah and your character both know they're falling hard for each other, there is also a mutual understanding that pursuing a relationship would be extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous to their reputations should they be caught. Your character currently has no knowledge of Rosalind and the kind of abusive relationship she had with Farah when Farah was her protégé a little over eight years ago. Then, at an Alfea staff party, one of your character's fellow professors asks her out. She turns him down, not wanting to give up on what she and Farah might potentially have. It's a silly hope, but she hopes nonetheless. Anyway, later into the night, Farah asks her what the other professor was talking to her about, and she tells her that she was asked out. Farah gets jealous and leaves the party early to go drink alone in her office, and your character follows her. After it's revealed that she turned down the other professor, your character and Farah share an intimate kiss. And the relationship goes from there.

The rp will start a few days before the staff party, giving time to establish the relationship they have before advancing it. You can use whatever template you like, I have a character page made for Farah. Ignore the love interest as Saul, it's obviously going to be your character. And Farah will be in her thirties instead of 48.

Farah paced the halls at a heightened speed. Timid first-year students practically plastered themselves against the walls to get out of her way. Not that she would've noticed. Her face was buried in paperwork as she made her way back to her office.

(I was thinking it could be a few months since Neva has been working for Farah. Like, they're familiar with each other, feeling the romantic tension but fighting it, you know?)

Farah turned the corner and passed through the small adjacent office before entering her own. She headed straight to her desk, put her papers down, and turned to shut the door. Her eyes caught Neva and widened for a moment before she recognized her. "Oh hello, Neva," Farah greeted the girl warmly.

"What have you been doing?" Farah asked, focusing on organizing different stacks of papers on her desk. God, when did being headmistress of a fairy school lead to so much paperwork? she wondered.

"Brilliant," Farah murmured absently. She was entirely distracted by the mounting number of tasks that had appeared on her to-do list in a matter of mere hours.

Farah looked over at Neva quickly. Their closeness startled her, and the headmistress felt her heart begin to race like it did whenever she was close with her protégé. The unsaid feelings between them were growing by the day, and Farah wasn't sure how much longer she'd be able to contain them. She cleared her throat slightly and looked down again. "I don't know how much of this you can do, Neva," she replied, thumbing through a stack of papers. "Most of these just need my signature, but I have to read through an entire tree to get to the line."

Farah arched her eyebrows. "Since when have you been practicing my penmanship?" she asked.

Farah chuckled quietly. "If you want to do my paperwork, by all means. I won't stop you. As long as this stays between us. I wouldn't want you to get in trouble." Her warm eyes observed the minute details of Neva's face.

Farah had sensed it before the yawn, but the yawn gave her an excuse to bring it up. "You're tired." Her tone left no room for questioning and was explicitly concerned.

Farah hummed thoughtfully. “Maybe. But at least I’m not showing it.”

Farah combed through her books, looking for something specific. "I've been doing it longer. It takes practice," she murmured, brushing her fingers over the spines.
