"Thanks." Wolf licked his lips to clean off some frosting. "I've been learning how to cook since I was little, and I really like making sweets or desserts."

"Thanks." Wolf licked his lips to clean off some frosting. "I've been learning how to cook since I was little, and I really like making sweets or desserts."
"You're good at it," He commented, mostly finishing his and licking his fingers one by one - the frosting had created a bit of a mess.
group
"So I've been told." Wolf finished off his cupcake and then started to lick the frosting off of his lips and fingers.
Oh…oh my god that's so pretty
Bridge just nodded and blushed a little bit, glancing from the floor to Wolf again and again. He was very pretty - and he had called Bridge cute, which he still wasn't completely over - but he had only known him for less than a day.

((My cat's decided to lay on my lap, so now typing is difficult))
Wolf finished up and closed his eyes, tilting his head back as he stretched his arms over his head. "Mmmm. So I've been thinking. We should team up, you and me. That way we're not constantly alone, and we at least have someone to rely on instead of fending for ourselves."
((I feel u))
Bridge took a moment to digest everything he'd said. "Really?" He asked eventually, brightening again. "Are you…are you sure?" No one had ever wanted to team up with him before, except maybe his mother. But she…she didn't count.
group
He cracked open an eye to look at Bridge. "Yeah really. And yes, I'm sure. I did suggest it, did I not?" His tone was more teasing and playful than anything, not at all condescending.
He blushed again, looking down. No one had been this nice to him since…since a long time, he thought in wonder. What else could he do with agree with this amazingly pretty, amazingly kind boy?
"Yes," He said quietly, "I'd like that, I think."
group
He's so adorable when he blushes, and it's a plus that I can get him to blush so easily. Wolf nodded and ruffled Bridge's hair playfully for a quick second with a soft smile. "Great, and so would I." He then dropped his hand and leaned back against the counter, closing his eyes once again.
Bridge made a small squeak when Wolf touched his hair, but it was a bit of a happy squeak. He blushed some more, not saying anything for a while.
"I'm glad you took your contacts out," He said eventually, looking up at him.
group
Wolf opened his eyes and looked down at Bridge, staying silent for a bit as he scanned the boy's face for any sign of his words being a lie—or anything else that told him when someone was just saying something to be nice. He then smiled softly and said, "Yeah, me too. Gave me the opportunity to see you blush after I told you that you're cute."
He blushed again, looking down at the floor for a good ten seconds before glancing up at him. "You weren't…you mean - you actually meant that?"
group
"Yeah," he said seriously, running his fingers through his hair to mess it up even more.
Jesus christ his hair is pretty too. "Your hair is pretty too," Bridge said without thinking, blushing furiously this time as he stared down at his shoes.
group
Wolf arched a brow, his lips parting slightly as a smile tugged at them. Bridge was just downright adorable, and Wolf just found his blush far too cute. "I'd say your's is too, but really, everything about you's pretty—and cute, of course."
"Thank you," He mumbled quietly, looking up at him again.
group
His soft smile grew, his mismatched eyes sparkling. "No problem. I'm just stating facts, really, but I digress."
"It's really…not…" He admitted shyly, glancing down again. This much affection towards him was terribly uncanny, although not in a bad way.
group
"What? Facts? Sure it is." Wolf shrugged, leaning forward and bracing his arms on his knees.
"Okay…thanks," He mumbled quietly, having no idea what to say to this.
group
Wolf fell silent for a bit, thinking. "Do you got any other family?" he asked.
“My father,” He said, “But he left.”
group
Wolf flicked his gaze over to Bridge. "I'm sorry."
He shook his head. “It’s okay. He didn’t like me anyway.”
group
Wolf pursed his lips. "Is he the reason you think no one likes you?"
“No. No one’s ever liked me before. Except for you,” Bridge answered, golden doe eyes looking up at him.
group
Wolf's darted around Bridge's face, trying to see how anyone could not like such an adorably unique guy like him.
Bridge pressed his lips together again, not saying anything as he watched Wolf’s reaction.
group
"Then everyone's just stuck up and dumb," Wolf finally said, shaking his head.
Bridge tilted his head, not knowing what to say to that. Just then, the baker popped his head in the back.
“There’s an inspection coming, you two. I would get out of here before they get here,” He warned.
