After a while, he calmed down. "T-Thanks…"

He just nodded and nuzzled his face into the crook of his neck.

Landyn sighed shakily. "I'm never going to forget that day, am I…?"

“…I don’t know Landyn…”

"Welp. I'm not going back to sleep any time soon."

Alex didn’t respond and just stayed curled up where he was.

Landyn pulled him closer.

He wasn’t drifting off or anything, he just wasn’t in the mood to talk.

"Wanna watch tv?"

“Sure…”

He grabbed the remote and turned the tv on to a random channel.

Alex stayed snuggled into Landyn’s shoulder.

Landyn smiled softly.

Alex was almost unusually silent.

"Alex?"

“Hm?”

"You ok?"

“Yeah…”
